Mariko: Anatomically correct plush dolls are nothing new. They also use them for communicating with abused kids. One company even sold the patterns for making them, so if you were so inclined you could even misuse the pattern to make a custom girlfriend insted of buying one "off the rack". (I was 10ish when I saw the catalogue and the idea of doll penor and articulated tongue creeped me out.)
