Iheart34: Thanks, this is my first time editing one. I thought if I did at least better then the others then I may try out on some of the other comics with her.
Anonymous2: It's a decent first try, but there's a pretty distinct change in line size where the edit is, and her tattoo sleeve ends where her shirt sleeve would cover it. Could use a bit better anatomy on her chest too.
Anonymous3: one editing trick, at least if you're using photoshop-
make sure you put your edited black lines on a separate layer, preferable the top one. line thickness is important too.
after you make your last edit, put a gaussian blur on that black line layer so it will match the original black lines, which will already be blurred from jpeg compression and/or scanning.
use blur sparingly... a little goes a long way and makes a big difference. just try to match.
