Estel: In accordance with biological analysis of Metroids and the several species thereof, the shell-type toothed matter orb has no physical mouth, merely training pure energy from the prey for sustenance. That causes this picture to be an anomaly among predator-prey relationships even in fictitious scientifically accurate circumstances relating vastly in specific areas such as how the predator reacts to prey. However, this is not true in the fact that this Metroid, noted by its color, is a vampiric predator, not a carnivore. In other words, this picture is a paradox. Good luck figuring that one out.
