If you play WoW Retail, I'd advise you not, for you WILL get banned for using it, the only ones allowed on the server, are the normal nude mods, but if you play Private Servers, good, then read up on the internet, how to create your own wow mpq patches, and read that, there you can muck around with a few stuff, such as player hair textures/colours, armour, clothes.
