I've been an animation artist for over 15 years, and you've probably seen my shit on commercials on the west coast... but I would never draw anything to post here because of the fucked up attitudes of some people.

anomalous: Well, as far as I know Apostle did not post here - he posted at hentai-foundry. His work only ended up here through other people posting it here. I don't know whether he took crap from people at hentai-foundry, or just this site.
As for the criticism, he should have considered the source. If Apostle quit drawing specifically because of the criticism (warranted or not) then he gave the trolls exactly what they wanted while disappointing his "followers".
