Pre-Crisis you have Nocturna. Yes, that Nocturna. She causes a custody dispute to separate Batman from Robin, but still allows Jason to be Robin afterward. And this was after Dick wanted to adopt Jason as his son. (An aside: I don't get the appeal of Himbo!Dick. Canon is way funnier.)
After his death, Jason is resurrected by (and sleeps with) Talia because in addition to being a rapist, she's now a PDF file and a necrophile. Now, I don't think he was a prostitute before meeting Bruce; his behavior around Donna screams virgin.
