duke_nukem: I am really of the opinion that paheal should have some sort of "minimum-quality" standar for characters that hit the limit of rule8 (two pages)
after that, the mods could decide (acording to some official rules) what stays and what leaves... that would just have good sides, from having just good pieces in the site, to save space in the web´s servers, what I think it´s something that has been proven to be of critical importance for paheal

when i find some horrendously bad art, or art that is capable of twisting and destroying your mind from the level of demented madness behind it... i just laugh my ass off.
