Suzumebachi: This is Michelle. This picture is from one of the Fighters Gigamix doujins, and this is how that artist draws Michelle.

The reason Michelle is covering up embarrassed is because Heihachi made her try on Julia's short miniskirt outfit. Note that while the clothes are Julia's, the headband is Michelle's.
