Pal_626: @050294 - Not canonically. Centaur Man is male in the video game series (you can tell from his clearly masculine voice in the arcade game Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters), and he is male in the Mega Man: Megamix manga.
Not to mention the fact he's named Centaur MAN!

Anonymous2: @Pal_626 - Except that, judging by the blond hair, this is based on the Rockman 6 manga version of Centaur 'Man,' which /is/ explicitly female, and disguises herself as a man. Also, she's in love with Knight Man, apparently.
