Masteraccount is still allowed to point out what he likes and what he dislikes about a picture. The fact he can't draw better than Apostle doesn't mean he can't point out flaws and stuff he finds odd. Basically, you missed the entire point of my comment.
You don't need to know how to draw better if you know the picture has obvious flaws and is a shoddy work overall. Of course professional critics need to know how shit is done, but they don't have to be able to do it themselves, besides, we're not talking about some world-class paintings here, we're talking about art done by amateurs, it's not the same thing.

Theres no point in criticising such since it needs a general improvement, not improvement in a specific aspect, like anatomy or whatnot. Liking/not liking a work of art is different than giving it a good/bad review. One could give the piece a good review but still like it, just as one could give a piece a bad review, though they still like it for whatever reason.
