Anonymous5: Anonymous3, the SatAM credits state plainly "Characters and Names Licensed from SEGA of America (c)1992", xo SEGA does own the Freedom Fighters. It's just the division between SEGA of America and SEGA of Japan that keeps Sally & others regulated to the comics.
