Anonymous4: I think this might be intended to satirise the artists who draw her already magnificent rack much larger than it should be and with mysterious anti-gravity powers. And the transparent boobs in the last frame seem to make that pretty clear to me.
That said, it does miss the mark a bit, by turning her strapless-bra-thing into a turtleneck, because that's nearly as far away from her true appearance as giving her weightless boobs the size of her head.
