She doesn’t see women as equal to men and wants to stand beside one, she sees women as better and wants to supplant the men on top and stand over them whilst still believing that the lesser half still has some uses and can be made to do shit.
Personally, I think she’s a great villain. You don’t exactly have to agree with someone to see where they’re coming from. People in power can be shitty and she probably feels justified in doing whatever she’s doing but at the same time she’s likely no better than the bloody tyrants she’s had to deal with.
