jayco23: Yeah, you know there actually is an episode where Vicky kicks or hits Timmy in the crotch. I believe it's from the episode where Timmy wishes Vicky was his friend. It happens sometime at the end after Vicky returns to being mean to Timmy, and everything gets reset to the status quo. I member being quite shocked that they actually did that in an episode of the Fairly Oddparents. If anyone knows the name of that particular episode please share.
