Barbaraccia: I purposely chose this style for a few reasons. I can pump out an image in about 10-15 minutes; it's easy to make changes; and it's easy to colour.
I actually did use photoshop, but the thing is, I didn't want to spend an hour or two on one image, with all the layers and the fact that anti-aliased liness require new layers to colour, and then on that new layer you've got to make sure you stay in the lines, etc. I just needed something quick and easy to do in my spare time :P
