Probably because it would involve Batman busting a nut while balls deep inside Harley Quinn. It’s unlikely now because now they won’t let Batman eat out cat woman, so they won’t go into unprotected sex, and Harley having a sexual relationship with a man is now taboo, it would be considered a regression from her lesbian progression.
