Anonymous1: I thought Nimbus only let pure people on? I’m just wondering how Chi-Chi can suck off a guy like that but be considered innocent or whatever enough to be able to stay on. Maybe she did it purely out of instinct or curiosity and there isn’t any lecherous intent behind it? It’s just hard to quantifiably measure the worthiness of a person unlike power levels where you can attribute or ballpark a number.
