Anonymous1: This thing actually uses Chiaotzu more than the author or the official works do currently. Which is sad really because it’s still just a dumb mask. I honestly have no clue why they even bothered wishing anyone back besides maybe Piccolo after the Saiyan saga. I guess they absolutely had to bring Tien back so that he can hold off Cell’s crappiest form for a bit so that Vegeta can royally fuck things up anyway. I guess they also needed to humiliate Yamcha further so that Krillin looks like a success story in comparison. And they still keep creating and introducing new soon to be useless or irrelevant characters too.
