Woozle: All I've been able to find out is that F'murr is a French artist and that the comic's name is 'Spirella mangeuse d'écureuils'. The last word translates to 'Squirrels', so she's fucking a squirrel here. There are a couple of pages online which include this panel, but I've only found very small image sizes. It LOOKS like a take on LRRH with the leopard taking the wolf's place and Red inexplicably deciding to fuck her squirrel friend.
Woozle: More info: Spirella is the woman, and according to a bad Babelfish translation she's trying to fix up her relationship with her squirrel lover. By fucking him, apparently. The leopard is either a voyeur or a cop, or maybe the cop shows up later. As I said, bad translation.
Scalp: Spirella is a parody of Spirou (edited for the fiftieth anniversary of the belgian hero) and the squirrel is Spip. The leopard is a reference to "Bringing Up Baby" ("L'Impossible Monsieur Bébé" pour les francophones)
