Woozle: Rule 34 is for cartoon, movie, comic, etc. characters in erotic situations. Since Tigra is a comic book character this belongs here, yes.

tigrawatanabe: Yes, but I was not sure what's about Furry Artworks, because the Owner don't like Animals on Pictures and some could think the Guy is a Tiger (if the Hand would'nt be there you could think that).
