the only time a living thing wouldn't have a dick is if they were a single celled organism or something like that who split apart to make another organism (wich is refered to as 'asexual reproduction')
penguins are birds who, like most other living things, reproduce by putting sperm cells, i'm sure you can guess how that's done, into a female (witch is known as 'sexual reproduction')
