Anonymous2(1): I watched the entire Grendizer saga and it seemed like a completely standalone story. I don't know much of Mazinger, aside from the fact that it shares some of the characters and mechas with Grendizer, but I think they're different enough.
Anonymous3: Grendizer is considered to be part of Mazinger series, mainly because of Kouji acting there(but still have its own characters). Check the 1st episode - while kouji flies near mountain(Fuji as i remmember), 3 frames of mazinger z is shown - main proof imo that grendizer IS part of mazinger series.
So, if we have an image of kouji, tags are: kouji_kabuto mazinger.
If we have image of Duke Fleed, tags are:
Duke_Fleed mazinger UFO_robot_grendizer.
