Anonymous6(4): @Anon5: i don't want to sound like an ass, but you are wrong, Any kind of work that has purpose of property needs to be registered(like this character for example), so the day of tomorrow if someone take this character and registered as "his" (before the original author does) and start selling things, if you try to sue him, he'll have copyrights owner papers, so the original author lose, even if he prove that he did it before, law states for treats and register in copyrights, law doesn't state that a character created by an artist automatically gain copyrights, that's just for a drawing picture itself.
