Deuxsonic: Want to hear an interesting story? The Japanese law that censorship comes from states that pubic hair has to be censored. Over the hundreds of years the law has been in effect though, the meaning has basically changed to mean that the genitalia themselves must be censored, but even on that, there isn't really agreement on what needs to be censored to comply with the law, so every so often someone gets in trouble for not censoring enough.
