Anonymous2: Kotal doesn’t look like that great of a ruler or negotiator. In MKX, he went back on his word, invaded Earthrealm and was even gonna side with Shinnok at the end. The guy ain’t noble or benevolent, just an opportunist with great PR who happens to be more competent than Mileena and less of a dick than Shao Kahn. I doubt he can talk her into doing jack squat and Mileena was simply horny as usual.
