Anonymous1: Remember when Dr. Gero built androids that could easily bully a super saiyan? I guess you can accomplish anything and become strong enough to suit the story’s needs just as long as you train enough. Unless you’re Tien who is ‘always’ training.
What he did to 2nd form Cell was pretty cool but it was kind of just delaying the inevitable so really, he didn’t accomplish anything there and it was the last notable thing he did besides save some worthless character from Buu. He could have died and stayed dead during the Saiyan saga and nothing would be different. I’m not even sure why Toriyama decided to bring those guys back if he wasn’t really gonna do anything with them.
