She was named after the moon because the moon spirit is what saved her. When she was born, she didn't cry or open her eyes. She had a disease or an illness so she wouldn't live long, her father begged the moon and ocean spirits and dipped her in the spirit oasis causing her hair to turn white and her eyes blue, considering during the episode The Siege of the North (pt1 & 2) Everything went gray when the moon spirit was killed except for her blue eyes. She had part of the moon spirit inside her, which caused that. This is her if she were not part moon spirit im assuming. The end.
