Woozle: In case it's not clear, no pun intended, that's his knot sticking out of her ass. Apparently a canine's knot can stretch a bit away from the body or something.
Anonymous8: @Furie: I believe Kenpachi calls him a wolf when they fight, but other than that I don't think there's been any serious confirmation. His appearance is most similar to a fox. I've also heard that apparently he's supposed to be a Shiba Inu (a breed of dog) since those resemble both and are very prominent in Japan. In any case, he's a 10 foot tall canine/vulpine and he's awesome.
Also, huge knot is HYUGE. That must have split her pelvis.
