Eipok_Kruden: Anon 3 is correct, Anon 2 is wrong. Nails don't grow, skin just shrinks, showing more of the nail that was already there. it's perfectly possibly, however, that the nails were that long before she died or that they're someone else's and she just 'borrowed' them. That's what I do, anyway. If I see someone with a part I like, I take it. Sometimes I leave them whatever I used to have in its place, but they're rarely in any sort of state to make use of it.
