ThaMan: I don't really consider Peg a furry because she doesn't have any fur. She basically has a human body with a canine face. I consider her as an anthro.

Now characters like Rebecca Cunningham are definitely furry. Not only does she have a bear face, but she also has fur all over her entire body.

The question is whether you consider furries and anthros the same.
