That one of hte actual characters participating in providing this piece of 34 has a name shouldn't upset anyone... after all, if I made smut of a specific thing, and made many pieces of art on the topic (as Paige, with her character "Jeremy" here has... yes that's the female's name) I'd probably be using the same character for it as well, and they'd develope their own name and story etc.
If you think that means it ought to be suddenly disallowed then you're sort of thrashing against the whole original spirit of 34 in the first place...
