Siege_TF: Level Frog until he has Water 2, and take Lucca as the third party member. That gives you access to all four elements to attack Magus (Crono Lucca and Frog's triple tech is shadow elemental). The Masamune lowers his elemental defence so smack him with it every once in a while.

I thought he was the end boss the first time I fought him. Also, female Magus is love.
