Anonymous2: Looking pretty good already! And proper lighting as well :)
I use a different program than SFM, but does it have the option to give keyframes an ease-in/ease-out option? You'll see that the animations will transition a bit smoother, without the hard 'tick' in their motion (robotic arms for instance wòuld have hard snaps in their motions).
Like Anon1 said, keep up the good work, and welcome to the team of 3D-animators :)
Anonymous3: oh my god, he snapped his own neck!
In seriousness, it's definitely more than I could do no a first draft.
Thinking back to my art days, I'd say make some of the motions yourself (bending the neck back) and see how your breathing affects it, where your hands naturally go, and if you have a mirror in your room go ahead and observe where you end up with it.
Other than that I dunno how helpful I could be advice-wise, 3D art is a whole 'nother animal. Nice work
