traffik: Clarabelle's been in Disney cartoons for years, dating back to probably the 1930's. She was sort of a counterpart to Goofy back in the day.

I could be wrong, Titanium, but I'd venture to guess that the other character is somebody's fursona or a fan character, and doesn't require tagging.
