Father_Alexander_Anderson: I think that's Rouge dressed up as Felicia, it looks like her, save for the tail and lack of wings.. So I'm not entire sure, if that's Rouge AS Felicia, or a Sonic-Style Animation of Felicia.. If I'm wrong I apologies, and if so, please get rid of Cosplay and Rogue_The_Bat Tags.
