We know the mother can't be saria as she is unable to be fertile due to being stuck as a child and Ruto's eggs would most likely be incompatible with links sperm. It also cannot be naburo as gerudos only give birth to females except every hundred years and the time between OOT and TP goes OVER that 100 year mark by a significant portion it cant be her. However, because link has blonde hair, his mother must have brown hair genes due to blonde genes being recessive to all other hair colors. however since all of link's mates don't have Brown hair, who could be the mother? And it's simple: malon has to be the mother. Malons father aka talon has brown hair meaning he must have passed the brown gene to malon which in turn, gave us twilight link. I would be willing to say Zelda if it weren't for one thing: Zelda ALSO has blonde hair, meaning twilight would have blonder hair so in conclusion: Malon is the mother of link's babies
