Pretty soon after vax death she used grog to help her forget the void in her heart for a little while. but eventually she realized she was avoiding grieving her love's death. so she ended it. but for a few months they were fucking like rabbits. couple times they fucked there was a crow nearby so vax probably knows about it. grog never showed it but was a little hurt bc he was starting to develop feelings for her. None of this was shown on any of their recorded show. Wish I could remember where i read about it. Maybe one of the talks machina shows. (and no it wasn't fanfic). this artist did another pic of keyleth fucking a werewolf. that one isn't canon.
