Anonymous3: Yes we can get the actual show. It is one episode only and lasts just 10 minutes. View it here.

It is on the official Youtube of the producer of the show after Nickelodeon refused to play it under the claim it would be tasteless after 9/11. Normally producers try to keep their shows OFF Youtube on copyright grounds. But having already been refused a TV spot, he decided it was important for the public to see it (he's very much against censorship, and considers the refusal of his show on Nick to be censorship), and so he posted it on Youtube himself.
Anonymous5(3): It's a show that never was aired. It is a show, and what can be seen on Youtube is the pilot episode of that show. While no other episodes were produced (though I hope the guy does get them made and put on DVD as an OVA if Nick and Cartoon won't take them as an aired series) there is still that one pilot episode, and it was for the series (which obviously not completed) and that counts in my of thinking as the first (and so far only) episode of the show. So yes it exists, no it's not been aired, but that doesn't mean it's not a show, ESPECIALLY since the guy has hinted that at some point he may still try again to get it put on TV.
Anonymous6(3): And in the video description on Youtube he says he still owns the rights to it, and if someone has enough money to pay him (if someone did it'd probably be a TV company or movie company), he'd be willing to try to make something with it. This seems to be an INVITATION for someone to pick up the show, at which point he'd get more episodes made for the show.
Anonymous7: A television show is defined as a segment of content broadcast on television. note the broadcast on television part. It wasn't broadcast, so it's not a show. IF it's later picked up and broadcast, even if only once, it'll become a TV show. But it hasn't, so it's not.
Anonymous9: Anon2: No exceptions...except when it comes to Mortal Engines and Leviathan. Well, except for Cmdr. Gen. Marasco's work on FF.N, but that's not really Rule 34. It's just stories.
