In other words, you should be allowed to be as naked as you want, weather permitting. I look forward to the day, where people going homes, when getting caught in the rain, can take the clothing off, place them in a bag, and, continue home, naked, without getting soaked to the skin,and, without ruining pressed clothing, or,getting clean garments soggy! I mean, rain on skin, usually doesn't hurt, and feels GOOD! If you're isone whose nsulted by nudity, you really don't HAVE to look!
