Artstyles are very different and won't always look like the character. This is what is known as like a cute style? In the original style 2d is very lanky and skinny with a massive leg gap (depending what phase tho). This art style makes him look a bit thick. Some people have difficulty drawing his hair because his hair just goes straight out and some people might be used to drawing hair that isn't spikes and more flat or more volume. Everyone has different styles and that's fine. Someone obviously put effort into this and we should praise them about that not about what is wrong.
So please shut up and appreciate people who put work into this
