ALittleTooTight: Here's another one I thought would be a huge turn-on. This one has better body movement than the last one. I'll work on the extended version soon. Some feedback would really boost my morale, if you feel like it.

might consider doing just sketches until you've gotten a grasp of art basics before moving to animation frames, that way you'll be faster when you need to make in-betweens.
Anonymous2(1): sorry, let me clarify: art-to-animation basics, frames being designed to have changes between them.
your non-animated art is fine
however, you're using some program you're not familiar with right now to animate, you might want to learn a program more fully so the discrepancy between your non-animation-frame art and your animation frames is much less apparent
