Anonymous2: @Anon1: There's also the fact that if they're exclusive (which is easy to see for Dick but not necessarily for Wally; Dick basically needs an emotional bond for sex, more so than anything else, in contrast to Wally or Roy) or if there's no penetration (which is common for guys who have known each other since they were kids), you don't need a condom.
