tyciol: This is specifically http://catsncameras.com/cnc/wp-content/gallery/adult-fanart/jim-x-josie.jpg and she kinda resembles Josephine "Jo" Rodgers so I'm wondering if Josie might be another nickname for her? Not 100% sure, when I catch up in the comic I'll find out if she's ever called that.
