tyciol: At first glance I thought this was Batgirl, it's easy to forget her older costumes. This almost looks like something out of cracked magazine though.
One thing I know for sure though. Batman can take off the mask, or he can be totally topless save for the mask, but he would not be topless and still be wearing the gloves and cape.
