Jeb: >Your challenge is to write crossover fanfiction combining Porkyman and Beauty & the Beast. The story should use Christmas as a plot device!
Belle was so excited over the fresh snow over the castle lawn that she practically leaped off the castle steps and onto the delicate blanket of sparkling snow. “Belle watch out you could fall!” The Beast barked hesitantly concern and embarrassment mixed in his voice. Before Belle he wasn't happy but he accepted what he was and his fate. But now with Belle in his life, he could feel the vestiges of his brooding cape begin to lift and for once in his life he felt unsure of himself. He contented himself with watching Belle from afar frolicking in the snow and the approaching wildlife. She was wearing a bright pink winter coat with her hood down and the way she moved her hair flung around her face like a beautiful hazel frame while bright shining teeth and deep, intelligent brown eyes shined with delight. The Beast looked away. Even though she was polite and cordial to him he still knew what he looked like. How could she ever see him more then a friend? Such were his thoughts when he felt something cold impact against his head. Looking furiously at Belle he saw her already scooping another snowball in her bare hands as she grinned and took aim. Beast deftly hopped to the side avoiding the snow and watched Belle turn and run around the corner of his castle. Looking up he caught sight of Lumiere and Cogsworth in the window. They both nodded furious and Lumiere made kissing motions while Cogsworth used his tiny clock hands pointing towards the corner. Beast sighed.
Jeb: Beast turned the corner, ready for a snowball. Instead he found his garden, his numerous carved statues of people he never cared about sticking out of the snow like miniature mountains. On the ground the snow was littered with footprints heading every which way. She wanted to play hide and seek. Beast decided to indulge her. He stealthily crept up to the nearest statue and jumped around it hoping his foolish grin wasn't too scary for her. There was no one there. He crept up to the next statue and did the same. Then to the next and the next.
Ash was in his winter jacket with Pikachu nestled snuggly under his chin. He heard there were rare Porkyman up in these mountains but he never saw one as odd as this bear sized beast hopping around. He turned his Pokedex on silent and scanned the creature. 'Unidentified Porkyman.' the Pokedex scanned. “Cool! A rare Porkyman! Maybe they'll name it after me!” Ash whispered to pikachu. He knew the masterball he got from Professor Oak would do just the trick. He stood up from his hiding position and threw the ball as hard as he could.
Jeb: Was Belle throwing rocks now? The Beast thought as something not cold and something definitely hard just bonked him on the skull. Unamused he turned around to see a surprised boy with a large yellow squirrel in his jacket looking scared.
“Uh oh, it didn't work!” Ash exclaimed nervous. He knew Professor Oak was a crackpot. His stupid masterball was a scam! Or maybe Gary switched balls on him! That bastard! Anyways the Porkyman in front of Ash was looking increasingly more angry; Ash decided it was desperate times. “Pikachu, Thunderstrike!” Pikachu leapt out of the jacket and concentrated a large thunderbolt at the unknown Porkyman blasting him back into the castle.
