General_Vagueness: Those aren't the only things: the line is going down, not up, although I guess it could be caught on something, and it looks like her shoulder is broken and/or dislocated.

Anonymous3: The line is going down because she is above the water. That's what those splash marks by her tail show. The poor thing forgot she had hands and's trying to dislodge the hook like a fish would.
