Anonymous2: The perspective is messed up. The perspective inside the room is a downshot, but outside the window the buildings are going a different way. It looks like the building they're in is falling down.
Also... seems the artist just got Clip Studio Paint / Manga Studio 5 as they're crazy with the screen tones... and the Janey Powell pic uses a Poser bicycle model.
