My roomie just got burned over a SH commission. She paid up front, the artist then ignored her PMs and she eventually had to post in the furaffinity forums threating the artist with http://community.livejournal.com/artists_beware
That made the artist notice! Very shortly the artist had PMed her a link to a half-arsed picture. My friend is annoyed because the artist basically ignored her and her other work is of a much higher caliber.
My friend is annoyed about it, but doesn't want to create a stink about it, but she's said she'll definately NEVER commission another piece of that artist.
I'm thinking of getting a commission for her from another artist and I think Poland would suit the bill.
Anonymous9: Rita Repulsa would not be my first thought for a rule 34 request. But, she's got very little rule 34 and it sucks, so it would be easy to stand out there. She's modestly dressed enough that there's a lot left to the imagination. Logically you'd want to keep it that way. (I imagine the actress herself probably isn't horrible looking. That's just her character. Though she's not a teen either which I suppose is all fans of Poland care about.) She also wears an amount of make-up that could easily suggest a cheap whore. Rita Repulsa raping a captured Power Ranger maybe? Or visa versa? Finally, am I really the only one that noticed that the reflection of the moon is doing something that reflections shouldn't do on level water?
