Anonymous2: Rogue absorbs powers.

The point has been made.

Anonymous3: but was it worth it?

Anonymous4: Since no one else is gonna bring it up, I will.

Scott can't control his blasts because of a childhood accident, it isn't a natural part of his mutation. So if Rogue is blasting him, she is doing it with malicious intent. Which makes this even hotter.

Anonymous9: Yeah but this is of the Evolution versions. Did they ever say that it was due to an accident in Evolution? Plus when Scott went through that enhancer thing Magneto made he could control his blasts perfectly.

shetni64: I thought he was immune to his own powers anyway. Otherwise, wouldn't he destroy his own eyelids every time he blinked?

Anonymous12: shetni64 is correct. it's the same reason when he and his brother fight they can't use their powers. they recharge one another.

Anonymous15: Anon5 - canonically, Rogue once absorbed Cyclop's power, but was unable to control it, which presumably has to do with the fact that Rogue has no experience with the power.

JonathonWolf: I think they did say it was due to an accident in the episodes where he and Alex are reunited. And part of the reason he accepted the mutant boost by Magneto was because he was promised it would give him control. And I think Rogue was able to control Scott's powers in the episode where they introduced Blob.

Anonymous19: The optic blasts don't affect his skin, as said. As well, his optic blasts are concussive force, not heat vision, so he wouldn't be getting burned.

Anonymous34DD: You're all idiots. In Ep. 57, Scott reveals to Jean Grey that he really has two dicks; A human one, and one made of lasers right above it. When Rogue sucked his human dick, he lost control of his laser-dick, and subsequently stabbed her in the eye with it.

...noobs.

Anonymous28: Haven't read all of the replies, but Anon4 is right, I remember a scene in some comic where she absorbed Scott's powers and was able to control the blasts, because that control was built into his biology.

Also, this is a mod of an original pic where she wasn't blasting him.

Anonymous29: Also in the Evolution tie in comics it’s confirmed Scott has brain damage and can’t control his blast. Plus, that’s pretty much a constant.
