Ages ago on 2chan, some user took a manga panel featuring Backbeard and photoshopped the text “このロリコンどもめ!” (’kono lolicon domome,’ or ‘you goddamn pedophiles’). It has since become a popular 2chan meme, and has spawned the creation of Backbeard-tan, which is just the eyeball monster incarnated as a little girl (like most of the 2chan -tan’s).”
